2012 Fair Week Schedule

February 14 - 16, 2012

Project Set-Up: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (Screven, Bulloch, Candler, Effingham, Toombs, Tattnall, Evans, Bryan, Liberty, Long, Jenkins and Emanuel County Students Only)
Judging (no students, parents, or teachers allowed): 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- The floor is cleared and judges will have the opportunity to look over projects and formulate questions.
Student Interviews (no parents or teachers allowed): 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- At 10:30 a.m. students will be called back to their projects for the interview process.
Judges working lunch/scoring breakout sessions: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Category Judges are needed until 3:00 p.m.

The Awards Ceremony will be held at a location the Coastal Georgia Center. More information on location and directions can be found here.

List of Award Winners will be posted on website by 10:00 a.m.
Public Viewing: 5:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Awards Ceremony: 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exhibit Removal: 6:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Any projects not removed by 9:30 p.m. will be discarded)
